Polymeros Chrysochou

Mohamed visiting for a period of three months Aarhus University, where I supervised his final year project of his research degree. The stay was part of a research project promoting exports of branded olive oil that was funded by the Danish-Arab Partnership Programme and I was the principal investigator. Mohamed showed seriousness, involvement, perseverance and high motivation during his stay and work on the project. Mohamed’s work focused on investigating the role of packaging size on consumer perceptions and price evaluations of olive oil. His work was presented in international conferences and meetings held in the frame of the project. Mohamed is a dedicated, professional, and mostly a fun person to work with. During the project meetings in Tunisia he was also a great host.
